The information you share

Our forms collect your contact details and information you choose to share about your sale or acquisition project. We use this information to review your enquiry, contact you and follow up on our conversations.

Your account and subscriptions

We store your account contact details, country, company if provided, selected plans, prices and durations, access dates and references for payments confirmed by ERZO or Stripe. Your password is stored as a hash. This information is used to manage your registration and access rights. For online payments, your email, amount and subscription reference are sent to Stripe. Card details are entered directly on its secure page; ERZO does not store them. For recurring subscriptions, we store your consent, Stripe identifiers, invoices, billing periods and renewal status. You can stop future charges from your account.

Access and confidentiality

Enquiries and account data are not published. They are accessible in the administration area reserved for the ERZO team. Visitors see countries and opportunity counts. Details and photographs are reserved for investors with a paid, current subscription; access opens automatically once payment is confirmed. Private owner contact details, internal notes and documents remain restricted to administration.

Cookies and hosting

The site uses a session cookie needed for forms and investor and administrator sign-in. No third-party advertising or analytics tools are installed. The site and its data are hosted by OVHcloud.
